Beginning Dog Obedience- Tower-SoudanPetsIs your dog being left out of important social events? Does your dog jump on guests and refuse to come when called? Is your dog walking you? Build a lifetime of good canine manners, including politely walking on leash, sit, down, stay, come when called and more. Calling all breeds of dogs older than 5 months of age. Small dogs, Yes! Proper training equipment will be discussed and available for purchase during weeks 1-3. Humans attending who are 12-16 years old, must attend with an adult. All dogs must be current on these two vaccinations: Rabies and Distemper/Parvo Combination.This class involves brisk walking at medium distances and quick movements; you will be on your feet for the entire class. Bus Trip to "Annie" at ChanhassenCommunity Events/ProgramsJoin us on a bus trip with Community Education to see “Annie” at Chanhassen Dinner Theatre on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2026! Based on ‘the popular comic strip by Harold Gray, Annie has become a worldwide phenomenon and was the winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical. The beloved book and score features some of the greatest musical theatre hits ever written, including "Tomorrow." With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930’s New York City. She is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage that is run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. With the help of the other girls in the Orphanage, Annie escapes to the wondrous world of NYC. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations... and even befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt! She finds a new home and family in billionaire, Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy. This day trip will include deluxe-motorcoach-bus fare, show ticket, and lunch of your choosing from the menu at Chanhassen Dinner Theatre (tax and gratuity included).Cost is $173 per person. Tickets are limited; there are no refunds for cancellations unless seat can be sold to another party. All patrons will be refunded if the trip is cancelled due to lack of registrations.
