Driver's Education - South RidgeSafety & HealthThis will be an in-person class which will satisfy the classroom portion of obtaining a driver’s license. Students must be age 14 or older on the first day of class. Class will be held Monday and Thursday evenings on the dates listed below. One make-up day of Monday, Nov. 30 is scheduled for any lesson you miss. Any further missed lessons will be made up at an additional charge of $75 per lesson (no allowances will be made), or the course will need to be retaken, and no refund will be given. There will also be a 1½-hour parent meeting with an officer of the State Patrol on Tuesday, Nov. 10 from 6:00-7:30 P.M. in the Library. Parents and students who attend are eligible for a 10-hour reduction in the number of logged hours needed before students may take their road tests.
