Starting SoonGentle Chair Stretching for Adults - South RidgeSports, Health & FitnessThis class combines Yoga, Tai Chi, and gentle stretching and will be geared towards those who need gentle motions and movements to help enhance balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Participants will use the support of a chair for optimal stability. We will explore movements to help circulate joints and safely stretch muscles, while also building strength. Staying comfortable while stretching is top priority, so variations and options for poses and movements are always shown.
