Lefse: From Potato to Pastry

Join us for a fun and flour-filled evening celebrating the beloved Scandinavian treat—lefse! In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the art of making traditional lefse from Finnish grandma Barb Boutto, who will guide you through the authentic process using time-honored tools and techniques.

Then, switch things up with culinary instructor and caterer Nicole Hed, who will share her instant potato lefse recipe—perfect for modern cooks looking to simplify without sacrificing flavor.
